APICS: The Educational Society for Resource Management

Degree-seeking students at Old Dominion University requesting academic credit for the following training must provide official proof of completion and a resume that demonstrates significant and related work experience. The credits may be used as OPMT credit (Operations Management) or Business Electives. 400-level credit applies to the undergraduate program; 500-level credit applies to the graduate program.

Students must complete the 3 modules listed above to receive 3 semester hours of credit for OPMT 431 or 531.

Students completing the CPIM Program and an additional module from CIRM will receive 6 semester credit hours at the 3/400 level. One of the courses could be designated as OPMT 431.

Students completing any combination of three modules from the CIRM or CPIM programs receive 3 semester credit hours in a business elective at the 3/400 level.

Students completing both the CPIM Program and the CIRM program receive 9 semester hours of credit at the 3/400 level. One of the courses could be designated as OPMT 431.
