FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. After your registration has been confirmed by ODU Office of Experiential Learning and Testing, you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone. Bring 2 IDs(one photo) with you to the ODU Experiential Learning and Testing Center at the time of test administration.You will also be required to provide your Social Security Number at the time of testing. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Plan to stay 1-2 hours for test administration. IF YOU HAVE TAKEN THE MAT WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR RETEST ADMISSION TICKET TO THE TESTING SESSION.

TEST FEE: $80.00 PLEASE BRING A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO "OLD DOMINION UNIVERSITY" To the Office of Experiential Learning and Testing, Room 138, Gornto TeleTechnet Bldg. on the day of the test. (NO CASH ACCEPTED)

Once this form has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your date and time for this exam. However, your test fee must be received in the office 4 working days before your test date.
